The wartaglass.com internet service, referred to below as the Web site, also available at the following addresses: wartaglass.pl, wartaglass.com.pl, wartaglass, is owned by Warta Glass sp. z o.o.
All brands and trade marks have been mentioned herein for information only and are protected by law. The trademarks have been used with their owners' consent.
Collection of user's personal data.
The information transmitted by the persons filling in the registration forms is used and processed in the central database of Warta Glass sp. z o.o., ul. Wichrowa 20B, 60-449 Poznań, for marketing and statistical purposes, in compliance with data protection requirements defined in personal data protection regulations (Dziennik Ustaw no 133, of 29 August 1997, item 883 as amended). Protection during data transmission is ensured, without limitation, by encoding connections using the SSL data transmission protocol (Secure Socket Layer v3) with a 128-bits key. Warta Glass sp. z o.o. does not make available any information on the Website users to any persons, companies or institutions, save upon an express instruction given by the user.
Users' right to review and correct their data, to demand their data cease to be processed, and to object.
Each person who registers in the Warta Glass database enjoys the abovementioned rights which may be exercised by way of notification at the registered address of Warta Glass sp. z o.o. In case personal data sent in the application for registration need to be completed, the user may verify, modify or delete them. The access to the appropriate form is obtained by giving the user's identification number and password.
Placing information on the users' computers -mechanism of "cookies"
The interference in the Web site users' privacy consists in Web site server saving the information (so-called "cookies") on the user' hard discs. "Cookies" allow to identify the user, thus enhancing the security level, and helping create the Web site viewing figures' statistics.
Note! If the "cookies" option is switched off in a user's search engine, the access to Web sites reserved for registered Web site users will be denied.
